Muhammad Morsi of the Muslim Brotherhood has won the Egyptian Presidential election with 52% of the vote, against former Prime Minister Ahmed Shawfiq. The elections commission announced that Muhammad Morsi received 13,230,131 votes and Ahmed Shafiq 12,347,380. GLORIA will publish an up-to-date analysis later on this evening.
